The High Court had allowed B.Ed degree holders to appear in the conditional examination in Level-1 examination a few days before the REET examination held on 26 September. Also said that their result will be subject to the disposal of the petition. That is, without the order of the High Court, the result of such candidates will not be declared. Only BSTC candidates will be eligible for Reet Level I, B.Ed candidates will be excluded from Reet Level I, B.Ed. candidates will not be issued Reet Level I result, only B.S.T.C. candidates will be eligible for Reet-1.
